Group Practice

Join us for a virtual, bi-monthly group practice. 60-minutes of pilates-inspired flow followed by a 25-min restorative grounding and sound bath. Recommended materials: Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.

 

Individual Sessions

Apply here for virtual one-on-one work with Erin. Healing modalities include Pilates flow, and breath work, Franklin method.

In a Grace and Flow practice, we encourage mindsets that are grounded in curiosity and grace towards yourself and others. We practice a Pilates-inspired flow, where we aim to let go, lean in, and explore functional movement from a supportive foundation.
